AVPM believes that using a contract project manager takes a lot of trust and confidence in our services. We will sign non-competes and non-disclosures to protect your interests and your relationship with your client. We want you to succeed and have the bandwidth to complete your current contracts without bringing on project managers as permanent overhead. You can concentrate on bringing in new business and rest assured that AVPM is taking care of your customers under your specific direction.
AVPM understands the link between face to face meetings and the successful implementation of your projects and the limited time you have to meet everyone’s needs and expectations. In addition to the all-important traditional project triangle there is another project triangle……This is AVPM’s project perception triangle

Professional execution – Implementation of the project – Clients Perceived Value

You worked hard to win your client and AVPM wants to be the seamless extension of your company to help you facilitate your contractual obligations. This triangle is not about cost, time and quality but the client’s opinion of your company after the project. This perception determines whether you have a client forever or just a one-time opportunity.

This is a recent video conference audio visual project in NY on the Avenue of the Americas near Time Square. It included AMX DVX, DXLink tx/rx, Polycom VTX 8000, 7” NXT touch panel, Tannoy speakers and a Sharp Aquos display. I integrated the rack and pre-configure the AMX in Atlanta. I loaded the program and tweaks in the field. My programmer was in San Francisco and we collaborated with Teamviewer and Face-Time on code changes. The room construction was not complete prior to my arrival or departure but the system functions very well. The next picture shows how I found the room when I arrived. Amazing transformation in 3 days. If you’d like more information on audio, sound, visual, conference, conferencing, systems, video, installation, contract, project, project management, technology, av, technician, church, crestron, amx, NOC, or other systems please call or mail at 404-432-1022 or jonrwhitwell@migrate.avpmservices.com.
